7 Tips To Improve Grades

What we do

  • Private tutoring offers students targeted lessons crafted around their individual strengths and weaknesses. In private lessons, tutors work closely to excel students and boost their grades.

  • In group classes, tutors encourage all students to share new ideas and strategies to solve mathematical problems. Small classes have a limit of 2-6 students which allows for collaboration with peers whilst providing students with a focus on their specific abilities. All group lessons follow the NSW Mathematics Curriculum.

  • We help students feel at ease for their upcoming NAPLAN exams as it can be overwhelming. Preparation includes revision over basic concepts, problem solving for difficult high-band questions, tips for exam conduct and practice of past NAPLAN questions. NAPLAN exams have now moved to March; so we begin our preparation in the January holidays for 4 weeks of 1.5hr lessons.

  • Accelerated tutoring allows keen students to take their learning to the next level. We are here to embrace their enthusiasm and love for mathematics! Acceleration may be through advancing to the next topic or even the next year. All classes attempt to incorporate acceleration depending on the ability of the students.

  • HSC students undergo a lot of pressure through Years 11 and 12 and we are here to make maths fun! We believe through our enthusiastic yet dedicated approach of learning, our students will excel in the HSC. Our 95+ ATAR tutors are committed to sharing their tips and tricks to help others experience the same success.

  • The ability of all students at Math Masters is closely examined so that all our tutors have an understanding of your child’s specific needs. The students’ results are gathered to form progress reports at the end of each term. Thus, we provide parents with an insight on their child’s abilities and progression at Math Masters.

  • At Math Masters, parent-teacher communication is highly valued. Parents are encouraged to communicate any questions, feedback or concerns with our tutors. All students receive a form for parent comments in their Math Masters folder which will be checked by our tutors every lesson.

About Our Founder

Being awarded the College DUX of 2022 was an honour and a reflection of my commitment.

My passion for extensive mathematics stemmed from my positive experience with my educators. I highly valued those who taught me mathematics with patience and enthusiasm.

Now, in the same way, it is my purpose to pass on my knowledge to the next generation of mathematical geniuses.
